Management for mould project:

  1. Provides preliminary mould assembly design drawing for customer confirmation in a couple of days.
  2. Get comments from customer. 
  3. Mould design update according to customer's comments. 
  4. Submitted mould drawing to customer for final approval. 
  5. Final mould drawing approved by customer. 
  6. Start mould making and send T1 time to customer, start to prepare the steel. 
  7. Weekly report send to customer periodically( with picture), in order to monitor the latest status. Prepare relative information for testing.
  8. T1 sample submit to customer by its assigned express DHL or Fedex (tracking Number will be sent to customer while send out the T1 samples simultaneously). 
  9. Mould Test Report and QC Report will be sent to customer by e-mail before they get the sample.
  10. Improve mould according to customer’s comments on arrival samples. 
  11. T2 samples submitted to customer ,tracking number send to customer by e-mail as steps 9 .
  12. Sample confirmed and testing mould 1- 4 hours to check the mould quantity for future production.
  13. Checking and inspecting each technical and construction details of the mould with the related staff before mould shipment.
  14. Collecting the related papers, electrode,preparing for packing and then shipment.
